Return policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

All sale, bodysuit/bras, and accessory items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

How to Return

Email us at Laurelcocollective@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, mail your item back to us (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a store credit via email within 5 business days.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right!

 

* We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. If there are any issues, please contact your local USPS or UPS office first.
