We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. A refund will be given to your original form of payment once the item has been received back to us and inspected. If your item does not pass the return inspection you will be notified via e-mail with further options.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
All undergarments, sale, clearance, and accessory items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return
Email us at Laurelcocollective@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, mail your item back to us (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right!
* We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Once the package has been scanned by the shipping service, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If there are any issues, please contact your local USPS or UPS office first.
